- Expand range of clothing
- A lot of the cuts and silhouettes are repeated, just with different cuts and patterns. Expanding on this could make what they offer more diverse and open the brand up to more customers with more unique senses of fashion. Not everyone wants to wear the same style fit.
- Adidas Originals does offer more variety, but in my opinion not enough. The brand should focus on bringing even more of a fashionable edge to their lines (but still keep it comfortable...it is an athleisure brand!) Being original means being different.... producing the same t-shirt in different patterns is not at all original. They should expand their creative team and work on actually producing something new...something that people have not seen before.
- Allow for more customizations...put creativity in the hands of the athlete. After all, that is exactly what the brand stands for.

- Put more emphasis on the fact that it is a brand that promotes sustainability.
- This is something that I never knew about Adidas until doing these products. If my friends and I, who all wear Adidas, didn’t know about it, I’m guessing a lot of people don’t. Making sustainability a bigger message within the brand could influence more people not only to buy Adidas, but to take a greener initiative.
- The website has a lot of sustainability approaches for the year 2020, but not alot about what is actually being done now. Expand upon this information. You have innovative materials… but what kind? What are they alternative to? Why are they better?
- At the same time, Adidas needs to keep their price range from inexpensive to the top-tier products. Need to keep their production costs relatively the same even if they are working to promote more sustainability.
- Upgrade Advertising and Media
- The website has a lot of great information, but I feel that a lot of it isn’t readily accessible. You have to actually be searching for it to see it.
- Move the pages that are at the bottom of the site to the top (Press, Sustainability, About Us, Sizing, etc.)
- Links to social media on the homepage
- It is not often that I see an Adidas advertisement on the television, or being shared by people on Instagram (like I have seen with Nike). Make sure all campaigns are seen. Make them short and shareable. Most of the videos on the Youtube page are very similar and long.
- Expand Production and Market
- Since Adidas has its main headquarters in Germany, Adidas should try and market more towards the United States since their rival, Nike is based in Oregon and are trying to capitalize on the US market. They need an edge to advance themselves from Nike.
